Location and price. It was affordable but near the center of fun. It's a few steps from mcdo, jollibee and 7-11. There are on call services for spa like massage, though you can also opt to go to the nearby spas like Nirvana thai etc. Takes around 10-15mins walk from Alona beach. The resort has 2pools. They have free water that you can get from their dispenser. There is TV, ref, electric kettle, blower. Cleaning can be requested daily. Bed was comfortable. Room is spacious. There is laundry services for an affordable fee

The Location was perfect. 2 mins to the main road and everything is there, 711, Mcdonalds, Jollibee and other eating places, souvenir/ convenient stores, massage places. It was about 15mins walk to the beach. The hotel was big enough for a family of four, we got the family room. It was spacious, bathroom was big enough but needs updating and thorough cleaning, the shower door lock was broken and there slight molds on the tiles. There’s a small area/ veranda with a table and 2 chairs. The pool area was good, my daughter enjoyed it a lot. The bar was also good. Food and drinks were okay. Staff are friendly.

It was quiet in easy reach of Alona beach and all the facilities around there. The restaurant was awesome. Good food and cold beer. Two pools, shallow and and easy to relax in while having a cold one.

Close to everything. Quiet at night. Hot water and a/c were great. The best part was the staff. 5 star staff especially Paul in the restaurant and the girls at the front desk. They were top notch! Get a massage from Aurther. Super professional staff I just can’t say enough.

Knowing the property wasn’t a five star resort, it did well at providing all it could. The place is clean and staff do a great job at maintaining this standard. Service is also very quick for any requests which is always super convenient Location was good! An easy walking distance from Alona beach, across the road from a delicious pizza place and a station of tricycle drivers

the family room was VERY spacious and it was great it had a fridge in the room. the air con & wifi was good also. the pool area is very nice, the pool is nice and the sun loungers. the staff were very attentive. they helped us arrange port pick ups & also tours. it is close to lots of restaurants and shops. the Italian near it is amazing

The location was great near the beach, spa and food options. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. They have free drinking water dispenser.
